We ship across Canada at a flat rate (shown at checkout), and shipping is free on orders over $75.

Treats are baked fresh, so orders usually ship within 2-4 business days. Handmade leads and collars can take up to a week during busy seasons - good things take time.

Local? Choose market pickup at checkout and collect your order free at any of our upcoming events.

Treats: because they're perishable we can't restock them, but if anything arrives damaged - or your pup gives it two paws down - email us within 14 days and we'll replace it or refund you. Happy dogs only.

Leads & collars: unused gear can be returned or exchanged within 30 days. Custom colour combos are final sale unless faulty.

To start a return, email info@batdog.ca with your order number.

We collect only what we need to fulfil your order: your name, email, and shipping address. Payment details go directly to Square - we never see or store your card number.

Your email is used for order updates, and for our newsletter only if you opt in. We never sell or share your information. Ever.
